BBC Radio Serial 1953:
The story was serialised and broadcast in the BBC programme Children's Hour.
It adapted for radio by Honor Wyatt and broadcast in four weekly episodes from 18th November to 9th December.
The serial was only broadcast on the Home Service in the West Country Region.
