David provided the maps which were used as endpapers in the early Lone Pine books.
He did a special map in 1995 for the Gathering at Rye of the Malcolm Saville Society. It was reproduced in the weekend's programme booklet.
He is mentioned in Mark O'Hanlon's book The Complete Lone Pine.
